How to track my order ?
Once your order has been validated, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a second email corresponding to the shipment of your product by Colissimo with tracking number.
What are the delivery options? Is delivery free?
Delivery is made by post via the COLLISSIMO service with tracking number. It is delivered in France and abroad and is free for any order placed on our site.
How do I return an item that I received but that does not suit me?
If an item received does not suit you, please send us an email to the following address: ........ or via our contact form to let us know the reason for your return. You can then send it back to us at your expense in its original packaging provided that it is new, unworn, unstained or damaged with label. We will respond to you as soon as possible and offer you a refund or exchange depending on the request.
